Areas We Serve

Canton plus the towns and neighborhoods listed below. Don't see yours? Call anyway and ask.

The Short Version

Call the number below and tell us what the door is doing, or not doing. Broken spring, dead opener, a track that's bent, a panel that's caved in from a backing mishap. We ask a few questions on the phone to figure out what parts we need to bring, then we schedule the job. Most of what we see comes from houses built between 1964 and 2007, with a good chunk from the 1980s and 90s, so we carry the torsion springs, extension cables, and opener boards that fit that era's hardware. If your door is older or newer than that range, tell us the make when you call so we don't show up guessing.

We don't do glass storefront doors or commercial rolling steel, if that's what you've got, say so up front and we'll point you elsewhere rather than waste your morning. For everything else, residential sectional doors, torsion and extension spring systems, openers, rollers, tracks, that's the work we do, and that's what the rest of this page is about.

Getting Hold of Us

Phone is the fastest way:(678) 509-3348. Leave a message if it goes to voicemail and include your address and what the door is doing; that lets us bring the right spring size or opener part on the first trip instead of a second one. Our shop address is 850 Univeter Rd, Canton, GA 30115, in case you need to drop something off or want to see where we're based.

We don't run a live chat or a ticket system, it's a phone call, a conversation about the door, and a time we can get there. If you're calling about a job already in progress, mention that when you leave the message so it doesn't get treated as a new one.

Where We Work

We're based on Univeter Rd on the Canton side, and most of our calls come from homes in that same 1964-2007 building window, split across the eight or so named residential areas in this part of the county. We also run calls out to Holly Springs and Waleska, both about 6 miles out,

  • Ball Ground10 mi
  • Nelson10 mi
  • Mountain Park10 mi
  • Jasper10 mi
  • Emerson10 mi
  • Fairmount10 mi
  • Univeter Rd10 mi

Call and we'll tell you straight whether it's a same-day fit or a next-day one, distance alone doesn't rule a job out, but it does affect scheduling.

Winters here sit in the cold-moderate band, which matters for garage doors more than people expect: cold snaps make old torsion springs snap rather than sag, so a lot of our winter calls are for a spring that's been fine for years and picks a random Tuesday to go. That's not unique to any one street, just how the metal behaves at these temperatures.

Contact FAQs

Do you come out the same day?

Depends on where you are and what's broken. A snapped spring or a door stuck shut usually gets priority. If you're one of the farther towns, Jasper, Emerson, Fairmount, same-day is less certain, so call and ask directly rather than assuming.

Can I just drop by 850 Univeter Rd?

You can, but call first. It's our base, not a walk-in storefront with regular counter hours, so calling ahead means someone's actually there to talk through your door.

What information do you need on the phone?

Your address, whether the door is stuck open or shut, and roughly what's wrong, spring, opener, or track. If you know the door's age or brand, that helps us bring the right part the first trip.

Do you work on commercial doors?

No. We work on residential sectional garage doors, springs, openers, tracks, panels. If you've got a commercial rolling steel or storefront door, we'll tell you that on the phone so you're not waiting on us.
