What we can't price sight unseen: anything involving the door itself being out of square, hidden rust on the tracks, or an opener that's been rewired by someone before us. Why can't you quote an exact price without seeing the door?
Because two doors with the same symptom can need different fixes. A door that won't open could be a $200 spring or a track bent from someone backing into it. We'd rather tell you that up front than guess low and surprise you later.
